This role provides a variety of activities—including **customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance**—making it ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Though preferred, this **hands-on, foundational role** doesn’t require prior industry experience; we provide **world-class training** to set you up for success from day one!

**Daily Responsibilities**

This role supports the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

**Customer Service & Sales**

-   Greet customers, answer calls, and field customer questions.
-   Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.
-   Build and manage customer relationships and offer sales support to customer accounts.

**Warehouse & Yard Operations**

-   Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.

**Inventory Management**

-   Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
-   Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.

**Delivery and Transportation**

-   Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
-   Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.

## Requirements

**What we are looking for…**

-   Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-   Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
-   Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
-   Strong work ethic and reliability
-   Basic math and communication skills
-   An eagerness to work as a team
-   and deliver world-class customer service
-   **Preferred, but not required…**
-   Warehouse associate experience
-   Delivery driver experience
-   Forklift certification
-   Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials (remember, our training rocks)
-   Spanish Bi-Lingual is always a plus

**Bonus Points for the Following\***

-   Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions (willing to train the right candidate)
-   Proven work experience as a Customer Service Associate, Sales Associate, or similar role.
-   Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
